Our office has provided architectural services and successfully worked with Modell’s internal professional team for many years. Petrillo Architects has designed and prepared the new prototype construction documents for future Modell’s stores. Typical architectural services provided include exterior, interior and building design construction documents and expediting for approvals and permits for new stores, takeovers and remodels. Working with the Modell’s team in previous years we have designed and completed stores in NJ, NY, PA, CT, MA and New Hampshire.
