Design and preparation of construction documents for the new 383,000 square foot Bayonne Crossing Power Center developed by Cameron, LLC within a redevelopment zone located in Bayonne, New Jersey. The project design included anchor tenants, Lowe’s and Walmart, Junior anchor Michael’s, along with an additional 72,000 square feet of retail tenants.
