Petrillo Architects provided full design services for the development of a 30 acre site consisting of multiple uses including a gun range. PPA’s design and entitlement for the site included 250,000 SF of retail with seven tenants including HomeGoods and Lowe’s. Given the site’s location, adjacent to an existing residential district, it was met with coordinated opposition, which required a highly coordinated entitlement team and strategy.
The final project design also incorporated a deep pile foundation system along with an under-slab vapor barrier and roof mounted venting remediation turbine vents.
